Allowing ourselves to receive, not indulge in, more pleasure is the pathway to healing in life. In this episode, with our guest Miriam Elyse (www.miriamelyse.com), Licensed Acupuncturist, Sacred Tantra Coach and founder of Pleasure as Medicine, we dive into the ways in which so many of us as women have been conditioned to not express ourselves fully, particularly our sensual and erotic nature. Miriam shares how she has liberated herself from the patterns of playing small, her responses to trauma, and how we can all find permission in our own embodiment and way of being. She talks about healing the epidemic of the undernourished woman.

Inspired by the New Year your host Luna Love is here to honor this threshold, a time of completion and new beginnings. And in this time we can reflect on what has transpired this year to get us where we stand today and how it has shaped us to step forward into the new year with greater awareness, sense of self, and purposefulness. It is important to mention that no matter when you tune in, this will be applicable to your life as the new beginning can begin whenever we wish, it doesn’t have to be January 1st. We get to decide. We get to prepare, postpone, or pretend. To check out all things Radical Remembrance head on over to www.lunaloveleadership.com/podcast for all the show notes, links, and more goodies.

Previously, she was a news anchor and technology reporter for NBC, CBS, and The Today Show. Natali's family of five has recently achieved financial freedom, and her mission is to empower other women to take control of their money and businesses, and start building real long-term wealth.   To subscribe to future podcasts or learn more about how we can support you on your leadership journey, head over to www.ladieswholeadpodcast.com.
