Today we have Nikki Silvestri (www.nikkisilvestri.com) here with us to dive deep and share her wisdom on Systemic Change beginning with Soil. Nikki is CEO and Founder of Soil and Shadow, a project development firm working to create systems change while improving relationships between communities. We talk about motherhood, doing it all, leadership, curiosity, healthy soil, biomimicry, the way in which we’re all connected, our world views and take a look at the things we hide. As the Co-Founder of Live Real and former Executive Director of People's Grocery and Green for All, Nikki has built and strengthened social equity for underrepresented populations in food systems, social services, public health, climate solutions, and economic development. She has a master's degree in African American Studies from UCLA, and is originally from Los Angeles.  To subscribe to future podcasts or learn more about how we can support you on your leadership journey, head over to www.ladieswholeadpodcast.com.
